Kenya Experience Young Athlete Camp 2025

 The cost of the camp includes:

  • Meet and greet at Nairobi Airport
  • Return transfers from Nairobi to Iten (domestic flight from Nairobi JKIA to Eldoret, ground transfer from Eldoret Airport to Iten)
  • 11 nights full board accommodation at the High Altitude Training Centre
  • Full coaching programme 
  • Coached and guided running workouts
  • Coaching seminars, coaches corner sessions and guest athlete meet ups
  • Coached non-running workouts (s&c, drills, mobility etc)
  • Kenya Experience favourites including meeting star runners
  • Safari excursion on camp rest day
  • Kenyan cultural activities and school visit
  • Additional coach support from Junior2Senior Team
  • Additional pastoral care from experienced staff from Junior2Senior

What is not included: 

  • International Airfare to Nairobi JKIA
  • ETA (Visa) for Kenya
  • Personal Travel Insurance (compulsory) 
  • Purchases of a personal nature (souvenirs etc, drinks and snacks outside of mealtimes)
  • Personal Treatment sessions with Physiotherapist
  • Sports massage from local physio and massage therapists

Junior2Senior

  • Iten is Kenya’s “Home of Champions”
  • Standing at 2400m above sea level it is at the ideal altitude for endurance training
  • Endless soft dirt trails and road options available
  • Located on the escarpment of the Great Rift Valley – truly inspirational views and scenery
  • Ideal location to watch and learn from the elite runners based in Iten

Accommodation – High Altitude Training Centre
