Booking

To book your place, visit the Book Now page and choose a camp.

A non-refundable deposit of £200 per person is required to secure your place. You also have the option to pay in full, if you wish. If you choose to pay a deposit, the invoice for the final payment will be sent 8 weeks before the camp start date.

Your reservation is made once your booking information and deposit is received. Final payment is due no later than four weeks before your arrival date. If this payment is not received, then the booking may be treated as cancelled.

The full T&Cs will be sent to your email after the reservation is made.

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as flexible and supportive as possible when that happens. While we do have a cancellation policy in place, our priority is to work with you to find the best solution.

Your deposit payment is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future camp within 12 months of the camp you originally booked.

If you need to cancel your place after full payment has been made, the following fees apply:

  • 30 days before the camp: 25% of the total booking cost will be retained
  • 14 days before the camp: 50% cancellation fee
  • 7 days before the camp: 100% cancellation fee

However, we generally prefer to help rather than penalise, and wherever possible we’ll aim to find an alternative that works for you.

If you’re unable to attend your originally booked camp, all money paid can be transferred to a future camp within 12 months of the original start date. This gives you flexibility and peace of mind when booking. Just get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we’ll talk through your options.
