Our Pre-Camp Coaching is a one-off, 6-week programme designed by our Lead Online Coach, Dan Studley, to prepare your legs, heart, and mind for the experience of a lifetime.

Initial Consultation: A 1-on-1 conversation with your coach to discuss your current fitness, injury history, and specific goals for your upcoming camp.

6-Week Bespoke Schedule: A training plan built specifically for you. We build your weeks around your existing schedule to ensure you arrive in Kenya ready to make the most of your training camp. 4-week plans are also available if you are due to fly sooner.

Iten-Specific Preparation: Our coaches incorporate elements of the Kenyan training philosophy – such as specific effort-based sessions and recovery protocols – so the transition to camp life feels seamless.

Confidence & Injury Prevention: By gradually preparing your body for training at high-altitude on Iten’s trails, you significantly reduce the risk of niggles, allowing you to enjoy every mile of the trip.
