In the elite world, coaching isn’t a set of limits on contact; it’s a constant dialogue. We bring that same philosophy to you.

  • No Limits: We don’t cap your messages or calls. Communication is as-needed, fitting your lifestyle via WhatsApp, email, or voice note.
  • Limited Athletes: Our coaches only take on a small number of athletes to ensure you receive the attention you deserve.
  • Platform of Choice: Your customised program is delivered via TrainingPeaks or FinalSurge for seamless tracking and feedback.

Coaching Options

Monthly Coaching

£150 / Month

  • Complete 1-to-1 bespoke programming.
  • Unlimited communication with your dedicated coach.
  • Ongoing analysis of training data and race strategy.
  • No minimum sign-up period.

Pre-Camp Coaching

£195 (One-off)

  • A 6-week training schedule designed to prepare you for your high altitude training camp in Iten, Kenya.
  • Includes an initial consultation to discuss your running goals for the training camp and time availability to train.
  • 4-week plans are also available if you are due to fly sooner!

Coaching Frequently Asked Questions

Is this coaching only for 'elite' runners?

Absolutely not. While our coaches have worked with Olympic medalists, our mission is to bring that same high-level methodology to runners of all abilities. Whether you are training for your first 5k or your tenth 100-mile ultra, we scale the principles of Kenyan training to fit your current fitness and lifestyle.

What makes 'Kenyan' coaching different?

It’s a blend of world-class sports science and the ‘Iten philosophy’, focusing on effort-based training, recovery, and building a strong aerobic foundation. We don’t just give you a list of paces; we teach you how to listen to your body and train with purpose.

How much contact will I have with my coach?

We don’t limit how often you can talk to us. That’s not how elite coaching works. Your relationship is on an ‘as-required’ basis. Most of our athletes use WhatsApp for daily check-ins, but we are available for calls or emails whenever you need to discuss your progress.

How is this different from the 6-week 'Pre-Camp Coaching'?

The Pre-Camp Coaching (£195) is a one-off, 6-week block designed to help you feel confident for an upcoming training camp. The Monthly Coaching (£150) is an ongoing, 1-on-1 partnership where your plan evolves week-by-week based on your feedback and race goals.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. We believe the quality of the coaching should keep you coming back, not a contract. We operate on a simple, rolling monthly basis with no minimum sign-up period.

Can you help with strength training and nutrition?

While our primary focus is your running program, our coaches provide holistic guidance on supplementary strength work, recovery protocols, and race-day fueling strategies to ensure you are a well-rounded athlete.
