We are thrilled to announce more details about our Special Edition Find Your Stride Camp, running from September 27th to October 10th 2026. This unique Kenya Experience running camp is designed in partnership with Myles Rawson, a coach, movement specialist, and the founder of Find Your Stride.

“Our mission with this camp is to move beyond the ‘just run more’ mentality,” says Myles Rawson.

“We want to show runners how to harness their natural elasticity and the fascial system. It’s about becoming a more springy, efficient athlete so that every mile you run in Iten, and back home, feels easier and more powerful.”

What’s Included in the Special Edition Running Camp?

Myles Rawson will lead participants through a comprehensive series of hands-on workshops and practical sessions, integrating seamlessly with the exciting Kenya Experience camp itinerary.

Running Technique Workshops

The training camp includes multiple running technique sessions, featuring before and after video analysis to track your progress. You’ll gain clear actionable insights, supported by a takeaway eBook to reinforce the drills covered.

Focus Areas: The fundamentals of efficient running, including, Posture, foot strike, head position, and glute utilisation.
The Fascial System: Learn to become more springy, elastic and efficient, leading to long-term improvements in running economy.

Advanced Running Dynamics

Explore key performance indicators such as stride length, cadence, ground contact time, vertical oscillation and left-to-right ground contact balance.

Learning how to influence these metrics will give you a powerful tool for long-term speed progression and injury resilience, setting you up for the rest of your running journey.

Trail Running Technique

Iten’s terrain is famously varied. This session teaches you how to move efficiently uphill and downhill, making full use of your body’s natural suspension system – essential for navigating the red dust trails of Kenya.

Strength, Mobility, and Movement Assessments

Identify limiting factors through professional assessments. We focus on building a resilient frame from the ground up – targeting the feet, hamstrings, hips, and glutes – while correcting postural issues caused by modern daily life.

Recovery and Fuelling Education

Learn to build recovery into your training as a structured process. This includes nutrition timing and techniques for calming the central nervous system to ensure you are ready for the next day’s miles.
